Highlights about Ann Norris:

Ann is an accomplished chromatic autoharper who has several prestigious claims to her skill.   In 2002 she won both the Texas State Autoharp Championship and the coveted International Autoharp Championship in Winfield.  It was noted that she was the only autoharp Winfield winner who accomplished that feat the first time she tried.  It was her second competition ever.  She has gone on to be first place winner both for vocal and musicianship at the Mt. View Jamboree competition.

But her first love is teaching others about the autoharp and she has spent the last eight years on the road infecting many with that “fever”.  Her classes are packed with all levels of students waiting to be shown something new.   Her ability to explain things clearly and simply have gained her a reputation as one of the best autoharp teachers around.  Her enthusiasm in class is infectious and her students leave actually inspired to go home and practice more.
